Damaged or Incorrect Products

Return Approval

All return requests are subject to review and approval by IAM OfficeFurniture. We may request photographs or additional information to assess the condition of the product before authorising a return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an approved returned item has been received and inspected, we will determine whether it qualifies for a refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

Cancellation of Orders

Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or dispatched. Once an order has entered production, processing, or shipping, cancellation may not be possible. Custom or made-to-order products cannot usually be cancelled once production has commenced.

IAM OfficeFurniture reserves the right to decline any return or refund request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy or where products have been used, modified, damaged through misuse, or returned in an unsuitable condition.
